Vicki L (La Plant) Manion

Vicki L. Manion, 80 of Nashville, formerly of Carlyle, passed away at 3:41 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Axiom Gardens in Nashville.  She was born on March 29, 1946 in St. Louis, the daughter of Clyde J. and Nellie Hale La Plant.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Jon Zeller. 

She is survived by her daughter in law Wendy Hanks, 2 grandchildren; Samantha Henson and Zachary Zeller, 6 great grandchildren; Brooklyn Zeller, Dillan Zeller, Riley Henson, Piper Henson, Jackson Henson and Zayne Zeller.  A great great grandchild Ripley Zeller and a brother Craig La Plant. 

Vicki was a Registered Nurse having worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. She valued her family and will be loved, cherished and remembered by all close to her. 

There will be no public services. Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
