Rosina M. Woker 96 of New Minden, passed away at 10:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.  She was born on October 5, 1918 in Hoffman, the daughter of Edward and Martha Reinkensmeyer Knollhoff.  She was baptized on October 20, 1918 by Rev. Paul Layman and confirmed on March 31, 1932 by Rev. Frederick Zucker.  She married Raymond Woker on November 6, 1938 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoffman and he passed away on December 10, 1992.  Also preceding her in death were her parents, 3 sisters; Quinta Brammeier, Leona Hake and Delores Cramer and a brother; Milton Knollhoff.

 Left to mourn her passing are 2 sons; David (Michelle) Woker of Paradise Valley, AZ and Nathan Woker of New Minden.  2 daughters; Martha (Dr. Charles) Swain of Springfield and Lois (Carl) Hogan of St. Louis. 2 brothers; Reinhard (Bernice) Knollhoff of Centralia and Norman (Lucille) Knollhoff of Hoffman.  7 grandchildren; Greg (Jill) Swain of San Jose, CA, Dawn (John) DeMoulin of Eureka, MO, Chris Hogan and partner; Cindy Bartlett of Portland, OR, Shawna (Richard Moore) Hogan of Arnold, MO, Morgan, Harper and Payton Woker of Paradise Valley, AZ.  10 great grandchildren; Michael and Matthew Swain, Sydney, Kennedy and Chase DeMoulin, Alex and Lauren, Isbell and Justin Mason and Ethan Moore. And a sister in law; Lucille Knollhoff of Centralia.

Rosina was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Minden where she was active in the Lutheran Woman’s Missionary League.  She was a farm wife in New Minden most of her life.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Minden with Rev. Timothy Mueller officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends may call one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Minden.  Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
