Lucille “Cille” Nagel, 97 of Nashville, passed away at 3:02 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Washington County Hospital in Nashville. She was born on May 5, 1927 in Nashville the daughter of Edwin C. and Frieda Freimuth Harre. She married Wallace Nagel on her birthday in 1946 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville and he later passed away. Also preceding her in death were her parents, a son Randy Dean Nagel, granddaughter Charis Brown and her brother Bob (Gladys) Harre. Left to mourn her passing is her son Gary Lee (Jill) Nagel of Waycross, GA, daughter Pamela Sue (Harold) Brown of Lawrenceville, GA, her ister Catherine Jolkovsky of Woodstock, GA. 3 grandchildren; Olivia (JC) Herndon, Nicholas Nagel and David Brown. 2 great grandchildren; Jolie Brown and Jay Herndon. 3 nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
Cille was a lifelong member and the oldest living member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville where she was very active in the Altar Guild and Quilting Club. She worked for Dr. Edgar Reinhardt, Family Medical Center, Nashville Pharmacy, Krupp Funeral Home and Styninger Funeral Homes all in Nashville.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville with Rev. David Benning officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church. Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements
