Linda L Smith

Linda L. “Ruth Ann” Smith 74, of Wamac passed away at 7:48 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.  She was born on September 25, 1947 in Martin, TN the daughter of Jesse and Wilma Simmous Baker.  She married Ray W. Smith in 1967 and he passed away on December 1, 2009.  Also preceding her in death were her parents, a brother, 2 sisters and a grandson.  Left to mourn her passing are 2 sons; David Smith of Livingston and Randy Smith of Tilden.  3 daughters; Shelly Smith of Centralia, Angela Skiles of Carlyle and Linda Smith of Belleville.  A sister Elaine Staples of St. Louis, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Linda was of the Pentecostal faith.  She loved shopping and especially time with her grandchildren and family.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Beaucoup Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville. Memorial contributions are recommended
