Helen Bird Reinhardt 82 of Pinckneyville, passed away at 11:20 a.m. on Monday, December 09, 2013 at the Pinckneyville Health Care Center.  She was born on March 9, 1931 in Perry County, the daughter of Herbert and Angelina Ruffino Bird.  She married Harvey Reinhardt on September 24, 1950 and he passed away on September 28, 1974.  Left to mourn her passing is her son; Herb Reinhardt of Pinckneyville and 2 daughters; Donna Cashion of DuQuoin and Kim Reinhardt of Pinckneyville.  A brother; Erwin Edward "Butch" Bird, a sister' Barbara Wesleyan, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Helen was a lifelong resident of Pinckneyville.  She was a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ in Pinckneyville and was a housekeeper at both Pinckneyville Hospital and the Pinckneyville Health Care Center.

Mrs. Reinhardt was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date at the St. Paul United Church of Christ in Pinckneyville.  Inurnment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville. Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
