Greg E Lietz

Greg E. Lietz, 70 of Ashley, passed away at 12:31 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at SSM Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.  He was born on October 29, 1953 in Centralia, the son of Darrell and Roberta Maxwell Lietz.  Left to mourn his passing are 2 sons; Mike (Mary) Lietz of Knoxville, TN and Matt (Richelle) Lietz of Tamaroa.  3 brothers; Lindsey (Cathy) Lietz of Nashville, John (Lori) Lietz of Clarksville, TN and Jim (Dawn) Lietz of Hoyleton.  A sister Lori (Tom) Segelhorst of Venedy.  5 grandsons; Caelen Stanhouse, Mason, Zayden, Lucas and Andrew Lietz.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers; Bradley and Allyn.  He was a retired truck driver.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements
