Celesta F. Boreup 99 of Nashville, passed away at 11:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Washington County Hospital in Nashville.  She was born on February 5, 1915 in Centralia, the daughter of Louis and Cora McGuire Schmitz.  She married Theodore Boreup and he passed away on August 3, 2001.  Also preceding her in death were her parents and a brother; Wayne Schmitz.

Left to mourn her passing is a son; Larry (Rosalie) Boreup of Nashville and a daughter; Janet (Ray Lee) Wulf of Nashville.  5 grandchildren; Michael (Sylvia) Wulf, Kristen Hoffman, Rebecca (Patrick) Wiese, Heather Boreup and fiance’ Jason Simpson and Eric (Amanda) Boreup.  10 great grandchildren; Chelsea and Miranda Wulf, Kortney and Keaten Schuette, Autumn, Hunter and Reagan Wiese, Hayden, Ava and Paxton Boreup.  Also a grand dog; Sam.

Mrs. Boreup was a farm wife and a long time member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Nashville.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15^th  at the St. Paul United Church of Christ in Nashville with Rev. Jean Carmean officiating.  Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia.  Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul United Church of Christ. Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
