Alan Dean Middleton

Alan Dean Middleton, 30 of Du Bois, passed away at 12:05 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at his residence.  He was born on July 11, 1991 in Belleville, the son of Blaine and Kalyn James Middleton.  He is survived by his parents; Blaine and Jennifer Middleton of Scheller and Kalyn and Joe Dalman of Du Bois.  His daughter Delilah Middleton at home.  Brothers; Cory (Megan Wreath) Middleton, Bryce Middleton, Drew Dalman and Dayton (Mersadez Ehret) Dalman all of Nashville.  Sisters; Carly Middleton of St. Louis, MO, Ashley Schultz of St. Louis, MO and Josie Middleton of Shelbyville.  His grandparents; Joe and Jean Middleton of Dover, TN and Pam Bybee of Woodlawn.  Niece and nephew; Elena Schultz and Koda Williams.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Bob and Kathy James.

Alan was a 2010 graduate of Nashville Community High School.  He was a fork lift operator for NOTS Logistics in Nashville.  He enjoyed computer gaming, fishing, playing Pokemon Go with his daughter and spending time with his family.

A private funeral service will be held at Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville with Rev. R.V. James officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaucoup Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to his daughter’s college fund.
