Sandra Kolweier

Sandra Kolweier, 72 of Nashville, passed away at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Washington County Hospital in Nashville surrounded by her family.  She was born on May 27, 1945 in Centralia, the daughter of Virgil and Mildred Roethemeyer Holzhauer.  She married Raymond Kolweier on November 9, 1963 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville.  Besides her husband of nearly 55 years, she is survived by 3 daughters; Annette (David) Hanlon of Hernando, MS, Denise (Keith) Schuette of New Minden and Brenda (Keith) Richter of Albers.  7 grandchildren; Brittany and Mackenzie Hanlon, Tyler Frazier, Bailey Schuette, Ashlyn Frazier and Carson and Kellen Richter.  A brother; Raymond (Joann) Holzhauer of Edinberg, TX.  2 brother in laws; Robert (Sue) Kolweier and Ronnie (Sharon) Kolweier.  3 sister in laws; Ruth Ann (Gary) Richards, Rhonda Faye (Glen) Isringhaus and Shelley Kolweier.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother in law; Roger Kolweier.

Sandra worked as an office manager for Haege Construction, Krupp Funeral Home and Styninger Funeral Homes.  She was a lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was active in Fellowship Club, LWML and the Altar Guild.  She enjoyed playing cards and socializing with her friends and especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s events.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville with Rev.’s Aaron Kotila and James Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Cemetery or Trinity Lutheran Church Endowment Fund.  Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
