Joyce Huge, 71 of Hoyleton, passed away at 3:05 p.m. on Sunday, October 02, 2016 at her residence.  She was born on November 27, 1944 in Centralia, the daughter of Theodore and Flora Buchholz Kleiboeker.  She was married to Richard F. Huge by Pastor Willard Mueller on June 30, 1963 in Hoyleton.  Besides her husband of 53 years, she is survived by 2 sons; Tracy (Gina) Huge of Dix and Travis Huge of Centralia.  A daughter; Benita (Mark) Bacher of Hoyleton.  2 granddaughters; Haleigh J. and Shania R. Huge both of Hoyleton.  A brother; Roger Kleiboeker of Carlyle.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Albert Kleiboeker and a sister; Florence Calvin.

Joyce was a graduate of Nashville High School.  She worked as a security guard at Cambridge in Centralia and a cook at Frazier Manor in Centralia and Joshua Manor in Hoyleton. She was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton where she sang in the choir.  She loved to bowl and watch her sons play hockey.  Most of all, she loved her family and taking care of her granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton with Rev. Tyler Hauptmeier officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday and one hour prior to service on Friday, both at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor’s choice. Styninger Funeral & Cremation Chapel in Hoyleton is in charge of arrangements.
