Fred A. Setzekorn 63 of Irvington, passed away at 6:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at his residence.  He was born on December 8, 1952 in Centralia, the son of Trevor Julius and Reba Fern Wilson Setzekorn.  He is survived by his son; Luke A. Setzekorn of Nashville.

Fred was a graduate of Ashley High School and was a motorcycle mechanic.  He was a member of the Centralia Moose Lodge and enjoyed horses, camping and working on cars with his son Luke.

Fred made an anatomical gift of his body to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale Medical School.  Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements
